  • 4 turkey cutlets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • If the turkey cutlets aren’t already thin, place them between two pieces of plastic wrap and gently pound them to about 1/2-inch thickness.
  • Season both sides of the turkey cutlets with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Drizzle lemon juice over the cutlets.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  • Place the turkey cutlets in the pan and cook for 4–5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Remove the cutlets from the pan and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.

  • Use a heavy-bottomed or cast-iron skillet for the best sear.
