Instructions

  • Prepare Ingredients: Wash the spinach/kale and berries. Brew herbal tea (if using) and let it cool.
  • Measure Adaptogens: Add Ashwagandha, Rhodiola, and Holy Basil to your blender.
  • Combine: Add coconut water, herbal tea (if using), lemon or orange juice, greens, and berries.
  • Blend: Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until smooth.
  • Taste and Adjust: Add honey or stevia if desired. Adjust liquid for preferred consistency.
  • Serve: Pour into a glass over ice if desired. Garnish with a lemon slice or mint leaves for extra flair.
