- ½ cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, blackberries)
- Juice of ½ lemon or ½ orange (freshly squeezed)
Hydration Base:
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup herbal tea (chamomile, lemon balm, or peppermint) – optional for added calming effect
Optional:
- 1 tsp raw honey or stevia (to taste, for sweetness)
- Ice cubes (for serving)
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Wash the spinach/kale and berries. Brew herbal tea (if using) and let it cool.
- Measure Adaptogens: Add Ashwagandha, Rhodiola, and Holy Basil to your blender.
- Combine: Add coconut water, herbal tea (if using), lemon or orange juice, greens, and berries.
- Blend: Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until smooth.
- Taste and Adjust: Add honey or stevia if desired. Adjust liquid for preferred consistency.
- Serve: Pour into a glass over ice if desired. Garnish with a lemon slice or mint leaves for extra flair.
Notes
- For a thicker smoothie-like texture, add ¼ banana or 1 tbsp chia seeds.
- Not recommended to exceed 2 servings per day due to adaptogen potency.
