Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add ground beef and cook until fully browned, breaking it up with a spatula (about 6–8 minutes).
  • Add minced garlic and diced red and green bell peppers. Cook for another 5–6 minutes until peppers are tender.
  • Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well and cook for another 2–3 minutes until everything is heated through.
  • Serve over warm cooked rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy immediately.
