For the Frosting:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ⅓ cup powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Topping:
- ¾ cup fresh blueberries
- 1½ cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- Optional: 1 banana, sliced OR ½ cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Press dough into a large rectangle or round shape (about ¼-inch thick).
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden. Cool completely.
- Make frosting: In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread frosting evenly over the cooled crust.
- Arrange toppings: Create a square of blueberries in the upper left. Use strawberries as red stripes. Add banana slices or marshmallows for white stripes.
- Chill for 30 minutes before slicing. Serve cold.

- Bananas can be tossed in lemon juice to prevent browning.
